The Process
Based on three distinct phases mirroring early-stage trajectory with momentum at the core. Starting with an efficient comms planning process which assesses the key levers (three C’s): content, contact and context. This rapidly creates a ready to deploy plan which can begin building profile immediately.
The fundamentals of a PR plan, typically covering the next 6 months. Whilst ‘making a plan’ sounds the least exciting way of kicking of a PR program, I help businesses pin down what is known, what is likely and what is hoped for. This provides a framework to work together and allocate budget in order to mitigate the risk and optimise resource.o cleantech
The start of the voyage. Step by step, making sure the program is constantly moving forward. This phase starts to put the miles on the clock. Typically, a blend of LinkedIn activity and story placement in strategic media it is designed to provide the bedrock of the comms, introduce the business to a wide variety of stakeholders and generate significant coverage which optimises search results and critically feeds into LLM providing visibility for AI engines. This phase is structured and managed and clients only pay for low risk work that delivers cumulative results.
A more robust PR programme which builds on the first two phases by creating proactive campaigns beyond news and reactive posts. This is the phase when businesses are ready to really reach for the stars, aligning with key themes and news agenda issues.
